Lead design and implementation of Salesforce solutions: perform requirements analysis, configure/customize using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning, integrate systems via APIs/middleware, migrate and ensure data integrity, provide strategic guidance, mentor juniors, manage client relationships, and deliver projects on time and budget.

Serve as the client-facing Solution Owner for Salesforce engagements: translate business needs into functional requirements, define sprint scope with developers, deliver declarative Salesforce solutions, run LeanSF agile ceremonies, manage resources, communicate status and budgets, and identify risks and opportunities to increase client value.

Develop, test, and debug Salesforce custom components and full-stack features. Design, code, document technical solutions, collaborate with clients and teammates, identify system deficiencies, and prioritize multiple tasks while expanding technical and functional knowledge.
