Join a global team where your Salesforce expertise will help shape the future of Loss Prevention technology. As an LP Systems Analyst II, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and evolving enterprise Salesforce solutions that support asset protection across multiple regions.
You’ll contribute to building scalable, standardized platforms while partnering with global teams to deliver solutions that reduce shrink, improve investigations, and drive operational consistency. What You’ll Do
Serve as a subject matter expert supporting Loss Prevention Salesforce solutions across multiple regions
Help maintain alignment to global Salesforce architecture, including data models, objects, record types, and design standards
Support and enhance Salesforce solutions, including Lightning Web Components, configurations, and workflows
Assist in migrating and adapting components across different Salesforce instances while ensuring consistency and scalability
Partner with LP leaders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver enhancements and ensure platform alignment
Contribute to design reviews, governance processes, and documentation standards across regions
Help evaluate and balance system enhancements, technical debt, and long-term platform sustainability
Support impact assessments and risk evaluation for system changes, including downstream dependencies
Promote reusable solutions and best practices that reduce duplication and improve efficiency
Contribute to knowledge sharing through documentation, playbooks, and cross-team collaboration
Stay current on Salesforce capabilities and recommend improvements aligned with business needs
What You’ll Bring
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including data models, configuration, and platform capabilities
Experience supporting or contributing to Salesforce customizations or enhancements in a business environment
Familiarity with Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, or similar tools (preferred)
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs in complex environments
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business, IT, and external partners
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience working with Salesforce in a business, systems, or technology role
Experience supporting Salesforce configurations, customizations, or solution design
Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver system or platform enhancements
Salesforce certification (e.g., Platform Developer I) preferred
