Join a global team where your Salesforce expertise will help shape the future of Loss Prevention technology. As an LP Systems Analyst II, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and evolving enterprise Salesforce solutions that support asset protection across multiple regions. 

You’ll contribute to building scalable, standardized platforms while partnering with global teams to deliver solutions that reduce shrink, improve investigations, and drive operational consistency. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex, multi-region systems and influence how technology supports Loss Prevention at scale.

You are a technically strong and collaborative professional with experience in Salesforce and a passion for building scalable business solutions. You enjoy working at the intersection of business and technology, helping translate requirements into well-designed systems that can operate across diverse environments. 

You’re comfortable navigating complexity, balancing global standards with local needs, and partnering with stakeholders across regions. You have a continuous learning mindset and stay current with platform capabilities and best practices. 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Serve as a subject matter expert supporting Loss Prevention Salesforce solutions across multiple regions 

  • Help maintain alignment to global Salesforce architecture, including data models, objects, record types, and design standards 

  • Support and enhance Salesforce solutions, including Lightning Web Components, configurations, and workflows 

  • Assist in migrating and adapting components across different Salesforce instances while ensuring consistency and scalability 

  • Partner with LP leaders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver enhancements and ensure platform alignment 

  • Contribute to design reviews, governance processes, and documentation standards across regions 

  • Help evaluate and balance system enhancements, technical debt, and long-term platform sustainability 

  • Support impact assessments and risk evaluation for system changes, including downstream dependencies 

  • Promote reusable solutions and best practices that reduce duplication and improve efficiency 

  • Contribute to knowledge sharing through documentation, playbooks, and cross-team collaboration 

  • Stay current on Salesforce capabilities and recommend improvements aligned with business needs 

 

What You’ll Bring 

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including data models, configuration, and platform capabilities 

  • Experience supporting or contributing to Salesforce customizations or enhancements in a business environment 

  • Familiarity with Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, or similar tools (preferred) 

  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions 

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs in complex environments 

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business, IT, and external partners 

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment 

 

Education & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 

  • 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce in a business, systems, or technology role 

  • Experience supporting Salesforce configurations, customizations, or solution design 

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver system or platform enhancements 

  • Salesforce certification (e.g., Platform Developer I) preferred 

 

Skills 

  • Salesforce platform knowledge (data models, configuration, design principles) 

  • Lightning Web Components, Flows, or similar development tools (preferred) 

  • Requirements gathering and solution design 

  • System analysis and problem solving 

  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication 

  • Risk assessment and impact analysis 

  • Documentation and governance support 

  • Organizational and time management skills

This position has a starting salary range of $85,600.00 to $109,200.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive.
