Job DescriptionResponsibilities
● Salesforce Development:
● Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions.
● Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce products.
● Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other state systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
● Implement and manage Salesforce security and access controls.
● Understand Salesforce administration.
QualificationsRequired Skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce platform.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration patterns.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security and access controls.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I or II are highly desirable.
- Experience with Salesforce Administration.
- Preference given for candidates with Power BI, JIRA, Omniscripts/Vlocity, Mulesoft, or Github (code repository tool).
