Position: Salesforce Developer
The Role
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. This role is hands-on and requires strong technical skills combined with the ability to collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders.
You will work on custom development, automation, integrations, and platform enhancements, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and performance-oriented solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
- Build and maintain custom objects, triggers, classes, and reusable components
- Develop and optimize record-triggered flows, screen flows, and orchestration logic
- Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and asynchronous Apex (Queueable, Batch, Future)
- Collaborate with Admins, Product Owners, and Business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure best practices for security, performance, scalability, and governor limits
- Write and maintain unit tests, ensuring adequate test coverage and deployment readiness
- Support deployments, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
Technical Requirements
- Strong experience with Apex development (classes, triggers, test classes)
- At least 4 years of experience.
- Solid knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC), including JS, HTML, and CSS
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows (record-triggered, screen flows, subflows)
- Experience with Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules
- Experience building integrations with external systems (REST APIs, web services)
- Familiarity with asynchronous processing (Queueable, Batch, Scheduled Apex)
- Experience working with Git and CI/CD tools (Copado, SFDX, or similar)
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I preferred; others are a plus)
