Scope of Work:
Capio Group is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to work as part of a system integration team to provide solution implementation, software licensing and maintenance, and optional post-implementation services for the Client. The team will develop and implement a Salesforce solution that will replace the client’s existing thirty-one (31) existing program area applications (primarily Microsoft .NET), which often supports overlapping functions, each with its own interfaces and unique outputs. The solution must eliminate the manual effort to process Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) for a number of program applications while continuing to electronically process the $1.5 billion annually (and 100,000 transactions per year) for the fund which is currently managed via Oracle E-Business Suite. The implementation services include all the work required to prepare, modify, and configure the solution to meet solution requirements including the preparation and loading of data, system testing, applicable training, organizational change management, go-live and post-go-live support.
The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for tasks including but not limited to:
- Support multiple efforts related to Salesforce analysis, Implementation, design, development/configuration ,Integration, and support.
- Enhance, improve, and update transitional architecture to meet project requirements.
Implement and configure Salesforce and MuleSoft solutions in accordance with the designed architecture, ensuring alignment with best practices, industry standards, and organizational standards. - Configure components to seamlessly integrate with legacy systems and downstream processes.
- Configure/modify the application to work with project requirements and design.
- Perform testing and validation of the solution to verify functionality and interoperability.
- Collaborate with the client’s staff and contractors to contribute to building an implementation plan and roadmap.
- Works under the direction of the Solution Architect and the Project Manager.
- Develop software for the solution.
- Implements quality assurance processes for solution development in alignment with all testing plans.
- Addresses questions from client staff and others on Salesforce capabilities and helps prepare knowledge transfer documentation.
- Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming.
- Within the last ten (10) years, at least three (3) years of electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming experience must have been in a lead capacity.
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. A copy of the degree must be provided upon request. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
- Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum two (2) years of working experience with OmniStudio tools.
- Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum two (2) years of experience with Salesforce Cloud Services.
- Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum two (2) years of experience with MuleSoft.
- Must be able to provide references for all projects used to meet the Mandatory and Desirable Qualifications.
- Within the last ten (10) years, a minimum one (1) year of experience with Revenue Cloud.
- Within the last ten (10) years, a minimum two (2) years of experience with Workday.
