Cross-functional coordination
Meeting with project managers to determine CRM needs
Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform Designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce applications Creating timelines and implementation goals
Testing the stability and functionality of Salesforce
Troubleshooting and fixing bugs
Writing documentation and providing technical training for Salesforce staff
Maintaining the security and integrity of Salesforce environment Working with the Salesforce administrators to ensure data quality and security
Technical Acumen: Strong technical understanding of system design, architecture, and APIs, with the ability to translate goals into technical problems and programs.
Project Management Skills: Proven experience in defining and running end-to-end complex technical programs, with excellent project planning and communication skills.
Adaptability and Decision-Making: Ability to work in a dynamic environment, adapt to changing priorities, and make data-informed decisions, balancing speed of delivery with risk management.
Documentation Excellence: Proficient in creating clear and comprehensive documentation, including user stories, use cases, and technical requirements scope. Your documentation sets an exemplary standard, being detailed yet easy-to-understand for the appropriate audiences, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across the team.
Previous work experience with application and software development
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms
At least one of the following Salesforce certifications: Certified Platform Developer I or Certified Platform Developer II
Proficient in no-code features of Salesforce: Quick Actions, Flow, AppExchange, community-led component libraries
Proficient in SOQL, Apex, JavaScript, CSS and Lightning Web Components
Proficient in SFDX, VS Code and sandbox deployment
Understanding of the Salesforce Lightning Design System and its standard components
Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues
Good understanding of the data movements in Omni-Channel specifically with Service Cloud. (Routing Configuration, Presence, Work Capacity)
Familiar with LiveAgent, Einstein Bot, CTI, Service Cloud Voice, Messaging for In App and Web, Service Cloud -related Einstein products
Worked in CICD based development is an advantage
Strategic Thinking: Ability to comprehend fundamental challenges and collaborate with partners to develop solutions that align with the company's objectives.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the betting industry and its specific challenges, with a willingness to develop domain expertise in this area.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering
Experience developing customer-facing interfaces
Effectively obtain & translate project requirements with the developer team
