Join our Business Operations Guild as a Salesforce Developer, where you'll be at the heart of driving technical solutions to empower our sales and account management teams. In this role, you will:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions within Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and other tools
- Handle Salesforce integration with internal and external systems
- Troubleshoot and debug system errors and performance issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation and best practices
- Identify opportunities to optimize and automate business processes across departments

At this time we are seeking New York - Based candidates who can commute to our office in the Meatpacking District. Our employees work in a hybrid model and are expected to be in the office at least 2 days per week.
Qualifications- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a mid to large-sized, sales-driven organization, preferably on a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, CS Operations, or Salesforce team
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (or II) Certification
- Familiarity with agile project management tools like Jira
- Strong business analysis and functional skills, including requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with integration tools and processes (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier)
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment where innovation meets impact

The approximate base compensation is $85,000 - $105,000. In addition to base pay you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package.
The final offer may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
