Salesforce Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce development, including at least 3 years specializing in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura. The role involves leading the development and implementation of projects using emerging technologies, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the organization's overall strategy.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of projects using emerging technologies.
• Mentor and guide team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Identify and evaluate new technology solutions to improve business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the organization's overall strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.

Software Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Salesforce development, specifically in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.

Technical Skills:

Salesforce Development:

• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.
• Experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on LWC and Apex

Collaboration and Communication:

• Proven ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Techno-functional knowledge of Salesforce CRM.

Emerging Technologies:

• Ability to lead the development and implementation of projects using emerging technologies.
• Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to improve business processes.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• At least 3 years of experience specializing in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Manage the development and delivery of projects using emerging technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the organization's overall strategy.
• Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to improve business processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in emerging technologies.
