In the context of digital transformation, Edenred is committed to managing and developing its current and new Middle and Back Offices.
POSITION SCOPE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Salesforce Developer, you will:
» Support the entire process of implementing the solution, from design to development and integration testing
» Ensure corrective and scalable support for deployed applications
» Work on Salesforce application configuration tasks
REQUIRED SKILLS & profile
You will have to demonstrate:
» Prior experience implementing full cycle projects Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
» In Depth understanding of cases and other areas such as Asset Management, Entitlements, Milestones, Live Agent, Omni Channel.
» Hands-on development experience using Salesforce configuration and customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes
» Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Aura and LWC.
» Ability to develop and deploy following best salesforce practices.
» Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Flows, Approval Processes
» Experience with SOQL/SOSL for data retrieval and optimization
» Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, including Field-Level Security and Object-Level Security; Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Role Hierarchies
» Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools ( Change Sets, Metadata API ) and CI/CD tools ( Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, Jenkins )
» Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud major functionalities: Lead and Opportunity Management, Sales Process, Products, Price Books and Quotes.
» Fluent in English
