**Job Description: Salesforce Developer** 

**Position Overview:** 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support our business needs for Customer Support Program. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce features, best practices, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions. 

**Key Responsibilities:** 

- Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. 

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. 

- Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with other internal and external systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party applications. 

- Implement and optimize workflows, process builders, and validation rules to enhance business processes. 

- Ensure data integrity and implement data management strategies, including data migration, cleansing, and deduplication. 

- Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal platform performance. 

- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system designs, configuration guides, and user instructions. 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, administrators, and QA teams, to deliver high-quality solutions. 

- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions and enhancements. 

- Provide support and training to end-users as needed. 

**Qualifications:** 

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 

- At least 7+ years of Proven experience  as a Salesforce Developer with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform.

- Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL. 

- Experience with Salesforce integration tools such as REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or similar middleware platforms. 

- Familiarity with Salesforce declarative features (Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes). 

- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products. 

- Strong understanding of development lifecycle processes, including Agile methodologies. 

- Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) is highly desirable. 

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. 

**Preferred Qualifications:** 

- Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, Jenkins). 

- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies. 

- Familiarity with Salesforce Communities, Marketing Cloud, or other specialized Salesforce products.
