To write our success story, it is essential to continue innovating and developing our Salesforce org, making it accessible and valuable to all relevant stakeholders. We have a dedicated in-house team of Salesforce Admins and Engineers responsible for maintaining, developing, and updating the system. As a Salesforce Developer, you will build new apps, components and functionalities for our custom-developed solutions in Salesforce – from integrations with on-prem systems and 3rd party software, to process customizations and various LWC components used in every day work by sales reps. The goal is to make our Salesforce org a central point for all sales-related activities.
You know you are doing a good job when:
- You can navigate through different tools and services to understand and integrate them with the Salesforce platform.
- You have an excellent general overview of our Salesforce implementation, understanding the interactions and dependencies among various components.
- You help organize data migration, build customizations or suggest optimizations on the platform.
- You are continually upgrading your knowledge of Salesforce and sharing best practices with the rest of your team.
More about you:
- You have in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
- Hands-on, practical experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Industries, and/or other Salesforce tools.
- Software coding proficiency in LWC and Apex, experience with REST APIs and eye for UI/UX design.
- You have performed integrations with 3rd party cloud software or on-prem systems.
- You speak fluently to colleagues and engineering teams alike, in Croatian and English.
- You have experience in code management/version control and DevOps.
- Track record of creativity, problem-solving, and good time management.
- Ability to keep up with current technology trends to assess and make recommendations on processes, designs, and operations, keeping with the latest technology.
- Last but not least – a good sense of humor
