Salesforce Developer (MuleSoft Experience)

Position Overview 

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 4–6 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce Platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce integrations. Additionally, 1–3 years of MuleSoft experience is required to support and develop enterprise integration solutions between Salesforce and other cloud/on-premises applications. 

The role requires expertise in Salesforce development, API integrations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality business solutions.
Key Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce Platform.  

• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and Flows.  

• Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.  

• Utilize MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to develop and maintain integration solutions.  

• Work closely with business analysts, administrators, architects, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.  

• Develop scalable and reusable components following Salesforce best practices.  

• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and performance-related issues.  

• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and security best practices.  

• Support deployments, releases, and environment management activities.  

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions and integrations.  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.  

Requirements 

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development.  

• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.  

• Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce products.  

• Hands-on experience developing and supporting Salesforce integrations.  

• 1–3 years of experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and API development.  

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JSON, and XML.  

• Experience with Git, CI/CD processes, and Agile development methodologies.  

• Familiarity with DataWeave and MuleSoft integration concepts is preferred.  

• Understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and data modeling.  

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.  

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certification (Mandatory) & MuleSoft certification are an added advantage.
