Job Summery
Computer Services Inc. (CSI) is seeking a talented Salesforce Developer/Engineer to join our team supporting the Hawthorn River loan origination platform. This role offers the opportunity to work on a modern, scalable solution tailored for community banks, contributing to the full software development lifecycle in a collaborative, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, test, and deploy enhancements to the Hawthorn River platform using Salesforce technologies (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning, Aura, Experience Cloud).
- Lead development efforts for major features or entire product modules.
- Write and maintain technical documentation and specifications.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA) in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Participate in CI/CD processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership and proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Support internal and external stakeholders with product rollouts and updates.
- High-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions with minimal need for redesign or refactoring.
- Timely execution of product features and project deliverables.
- Enhancements that meet customer and business requirements.
- Effective collaboration across teams to support product success.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
- Proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura), Experience Cloud, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and platform best practices.
- Full-stack development experience within Salesforce ecosystem.
- Prior experience with Loan Origination Systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote, small-team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Salesforce certifications preferred.
