ABOUT THE ROLE

Our QBranch Team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal Demo Engineer with a strong Salesforce Developer background. As a Principal Demo Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering compelling product demonstrations and working on proof of concepts that showcase the capabilities and benefits of Salesforce solutions.
 

The ideal candidate is a seasoned Salesforce Developer with a passion for creating innovative and effective product demonstrations and proof of concepts. This individual should possess a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies and be able to translate complex technical concepts into engaging and understandable demos and PoCs for potential clients. The candidate should be a proactive problem-solver, an excellent communicator, and a collaborative team player.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Collaborate with Solution Engineers (pre-sales consultants) to understand customer goals and challenges.
- Design and build advanced proof of concept web and mobile applications using Salesforce technologies, with a special focus on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, JavaScript, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
- Leverage the Salesforce Platform to address customer challenges and achieve their goals.
- Develop and deliver high-impact demonstrations that showcase the capabilities of Salesforce solutions.
- Acquire and maintain deep knowledge in Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, Platform, Heroku, Omniscript, Data Cloud.
- Engage in Data Cloud and Agentforce Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to drive customer success.
- Enhance demonstration preparation skills and advanced presentation skills.
- Engage in medium to heavy programming and/or scripting tasks.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the demo engineering processes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Expertise in Salesforce Technologies such as: Apex, LWC, Aura and count with Admin / App Builder Salesforce

- 5+ years of experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL

- Extensive knowledge of cloud applications/platforms, relational databases, web technologies, UI/UX.
- Strong programming experience in Object-Oriented programming languages.
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with Agentforce and AI technologies.
- Experience working with Data Cloud.
- Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish is a plus.
- Proven track record of building and delivering technical product demonstrations.
