You’re a Salesforce developer who enjoys working on complex CPQ or Revenue Cloud implementations and turning business requirements into scalable technical solutions. You’re comfortable going deep into configuration and code, but you also understand the bigger picture — how everything fits together across Quote-to-Cash processes.
You’re used to working in fast-paced environments, collaborating closely with business and technical teams, and balancing configuration vs customisation decisions. You take pride in building clean, maintainable solutions and improving how things are done over time.
At Access, we’ll support you to use AI tools to work more efficiently, while trusting your judgement to ensure quality and relevance in everything you deliver.
• Design and build Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud solutions, supporting end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes across complex business scenarios
• Develop custom functionality using Apex, LWC, and integrations, while making smart decisions between configuration and code
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical designs and optimise existing implementations
• Contribute to improving development practices, including deployment processes, integrations, and overall platform performance
• Strong experience with Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick)or Revenue Cloud, including pricing rules, product configuration, renewals, amendments, and subscriptions
• Experience with integrations (REST APIs, external systems) and working across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)
• Solid development background using Apex, LWC, and modern Salesforce tooling
• Experience working in complex environments, ideally including large-scale implementations, CI/CD pipelines, or modular architecture approaches
