About the role:
In this role, you will own and evolve our Salesforce Revenue Cloud platform, supporting our Quote-to-Order processes and ensuring seamless integration with downstream Order-to-Cash processes.
You will work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and IT teams to optimize commercial processes, improve automation, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that support business growth.
As the Revenue Cloud expert, you will be responsible for platform administration, configuration, solution design, and automation, while also contributing to integrations and technical enhancements.
Which tasks can you expect?
Platform Ownership
Own and maintain the Salesforce Revenue Cloud platform.
Ensure system reliability, security, and data quality.
Manage user access, permissions, and platform governance.
Coordinate releases and deployments.
Quote-to-Order Process Optimization
Support and optimize end-to-end Quote-to-Order processes.
Configure products, bundles, pricing structures, discounting models, and quote templates.
Maintain approval workflows and commercial business rules.
Help standardize and improve sales processes across business units.
Ensure Revenue Cloud configurations support downstream order fulfilment and billing processes.
Automation, Solution Design & OmniStudio
Configure and maintain Salesforce Flows and automations.
Design and implement scalable business solutions using OmniStudio components, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
Translate business requirements into maintainable and user-friendly Salesforce solutions.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation and process optimization.
Support ongoing platform enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.
Contribute to Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development where required.
Integrations
Collaborate with IT teams and external partners on integrations between Salesforce and ERP systems.
Support integrations across the Quote-to-Order and Order-to-Cash landscape.
Troubleshoot integration and data flow issues.
Support API-based integrations and data orchestration between Salesforce and connected systems.
Stakeholder Engagement
Gather and analyze business requirements.
Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor for Revenue Cloud capabilities, OmniStudio, and Salesforce best practices.
Facilitate workshops and solution discussions with business stakeholders.
Support business users through training, documentation, and ongoing platform improvements.
What do you have to offer?
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience.
At least 1 year experience in Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly known as Salesforce Revenue Cloud).
Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salesforce certifications are considered a strong advantage.
