We are currently seeking a Data Steward to join our Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will provide support to end users and assists with Salesforce functionality, navigation, and data.WHAT YOU WILL DO
Act as the subject matter expert for the Salesforce platforms. Troubleshooting of issues, assist with end user support requests.
Manage ticket assignment for support questions and data updates.
Support the integrity of the data within the Salesforce platforms. Assist with recurring maintenance and data validation.
End user setup and maintenance
Manage records to minimize duplications and ensure that quality of data and completeness of information.
Assist with functional testing of new developments in the Salesforce platforms.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Experience working with Salesforce.
Demonstrated ability to manage, prioritize and complete a high volume of tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Service oriented.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
This role follows our in office work model and requires employees to be onsite four days per week to support collaboration and business needs.
This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $42,500 to $71,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program. In addition, The Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
