Job Description Summary

The Salesforce Data & Reporting Lead will operate within the Global Enterprise Delivery & CRM team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce data, reporting, and analytics across the EMEA region, ensuring business and project requirements are met in line with global standards.
The role will work closely with the Product Owners, Data & Analytics teams and regional business stakeholders to ensure the organization derives maximum value from the Salesforce platform. This includes delivering high-quality, actionable reporting, supporting strategic initiatives, and enabling data-driven decision-making across EMEA.
While aligned to a global operating model, this position serves as the primary reporting lead for EMEA, balancing regional priorities with global governance, data quality, and best practices.

Job Description

About The Role:

  • Lead Salesforce reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives across the EMEA region.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable dashboards and insights.
  • Drive data governance, quality, and reporting standards to ensure trusted business data.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce, Azure, and Data Lake teams to enable secure data integration, migration, and analytics.
  • Support Salesforce Data Cloud and AI initiatives by ensuring high-quality, governed data for analytics and automation.
  • Champion continuous improvement in reporting processes, self-service analytics, and Salesforce CRM adoption.

About You:

  • Experienced in Salesforce reporting, CRM Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, reporting, and analytics best practices.
  • Skilled at translating business requirements into scalable reporting and visualization solutions.
  • Comfortable working in Agile environments and managing multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about using data to drive business decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Azure data platforms, and enterprise data integration is an advantage.
