As the Huron team continues to expand our capabilities in the CRM ecosystem, there is an opportunity to join our growing Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud capability. For this role, the ideal candidate is someone who has a background in the marketing technology consulting space with hands-on Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud platform experience.

Huron works across multiple industries, primarily in Education and Healthcare, and has experienced growth in how we apply Data Cloud for different customer use-cases. As such, we are looking for someone that has:
• Integrated different CRM, Data Warehouse, and Marketing Technology data sources into Data Cloud
• Developed on the Data Cloud platform, utilizing Calculated Insights, Unified Profile, Segments, and more
• Activated data from Data Cloud to other platforms, such as CRM, Marketing Cloud, Tableau, and more

While this role is Data Cloud-led, the right individual has Solution Architect skillsets in Marketing Cloud as well. Understanding how journeys, emails, and behavior drive engagement back into both CRM and Data Cloud is key. As Data Cloud serves as the foundation for Agentforce and Einstein AI, understanding the role that Data Cloud plays within the core CRM platform in support of these AI initiatives is important.

The ideal candidate not only understands these platforms, but is well-versed in how to scope, design, and solution projects with customers within a consulting environment. Being focused on customer outcomes and communicating with customers in both a pre-sales and post-sale role will be vital to the success of the right candidate

Experience: 

  • 5-10 years experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, specific to Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud
  • 15+ years professional experience, preferably in professional services, technology implementations, or corporate marketing roles that implemented and managed marketing technology
  • Has worked either at Salesforce Systems Implementation Partner where they ran/consulted on Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud projects, or at a company where they managed the company's Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud platforms 
  • Solutioned, developed, implemented, and managed Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud
  • Led customer engagements, leading discovery and design of Marketing Technology implementations
  • Developing and managing Marketing Technology, specifically Marketing Automation (ie - Marketing Cloud)

Responsibilities:

  • Solution architect for Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud projects (Both Strategy and Implementations)
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Customer Data Platforms (Data Cloud) and Marketing Automation (Marketing Cloud) across Huron internally to help increase knowledge across Huron
  • Business Development - Scope Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud-focused projects
    • Define deliverables
    • Define project steps/phases
    • Define resourcing needs
  • Scoping, developing, and implementing Data Cloud for AI-enabled capabilities in the Salesforce platform (Einstein, Agentforce)
  • Participate in RFP responses that include Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and other technology platforms as needed
  • Define Data models necessary to implement and manage Data Cloud

The estimated base salary for this job is $145,000 - $170,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is

$166,750 - $212,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
