Design, prototype, build, document, and support Salesforce solutions across CPQ, L2O, Order Management, Fulfillment, or Billing domains.
● Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
● Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, JavaScript, and APIs.
● Implement and maintain integrations with external systems (ERP, billing platforms, etc.).
● Automate business processes using Salesforce Flow, Workflow Rules, and other automation tools.
● Create and manage CPQ configurations including product setup, pricing, discounting, and advanced approvals.
● Develop reusable components and frameworks to improve productivity and maintainability.
● Maintain detailed technical documentation and design artifacts.
Provide L2/L3 production support for Salesforce applications, including CPQ, Order Management, and Billing.
● Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks within defined SLAs.
● Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
● Monitor system health, integrations, and batch jobs to ensure platform stability.
● Support release deployments, hotfixes, and patch management activities.
● Collaborate with business users to resolve functional issues and provide timely updates.
● Maintain data integrity and handle data fixes using tools like Data Loader or scripts.
● Participate in on-call rotation or support coverage model as required.
Key Responsibilities
● Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions, features, and integrations.
● Perform system administration activities including user management, security, workflows, and data configuration.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions.
● Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
● Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.
● Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend platform enhancements.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
● 5+ years of experience on the Salesforce (Force.com) platform.
● Strong expertise in at least one domain: CPQ / L2O / Order Management / Fulfillment / Salesforce Billing.
● 1–2+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities/limitations.
● Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and governor limits.
Development Skills
● Apex (Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, Future Methods)
● Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura Components
● Visualforce Pages and Controllers
● REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and integrations
● Strong unit testing practices and code coverage
Data & Integration
● Proficient in SOQL/SOSL
● Experience with bulk data operations and data migration
● Integration experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred
● Understanding of middleware tools is a plus
