- Configure & Customize CPQ: Design and implement Product Rules, Price Rules, Approval Processes, Quote Templates, and subscription models to align with business needs.
- Advanced Approvals: Design multi-tier approval processes, including rules, conditions, delegation chains, and automated workflows.
- Custom Development: Build and maintain custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flow. Leverage Salesforce APIs for advanced functionalities.
- System Integration: Integrate Salesforce CPQ with ERP, billing platforms, CLM tools, and eSignature services (e.g., DocuSign) using REST/SOAP APIs and native Salesforce features.
- Project Ownership: Lead CPQ-related projects from planning through deployment, including technical design, development, QA, and support.
- Data & Performance: Ensure data integrity, system performance, and scalability across the Salesforce platform, with a focus on automation and maintainability
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide Tier 2/3 support for CPQ-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend sustainable solutions.
- Deployment & Lifecycle Management: Use CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset), Git repositories, and SFDX for deployments. Familiarity with Agile development, Jira, and end-to-end SDLC is required.
- Reporting & Queries: Proficiency in building reports, SOQL, and SQL queries for analysis and system insights.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including at least 3 years focused on Salesforce CPQ.
- Proven expertise in CPQ implementations, including Product and Price Rules, Advanced Approvals, and Quote Template development.
- Strong command of Salesforce configuration and customization using Flows, Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration best practices with ERP, billing, and CLM systems.
