POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Salesforce CPQ expert to take ownership of our global quote to cash system. This candidate would join our lean, mean (actually very friendly) Salesforce team in supporting our extensive Salesforce org covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Knowledge, and more facing internal employees, customers, as well as partners. Exciting upcoming initiatives include assessment of and possible migration to Salesforce Revenue Cloud, expanding CPQ into PRM, and implementing consumption-based pricing models.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Regular and quality communication with internal customers to gather requirements, socialize changes, etc.;
- Architect solutions with a focus on usability, scalability, and maintainability;
- Design and develop with a preference for declarative solutions (formulas, flow, workflow, etc.);
- When absolutely needed, engage with developers to author code;
- Stay up to date on the latest announcements and innovation from Salesforce and partners;
- Support, maintain, and improve our CPQ world… it’s your baby!
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 6 or more years of Salesforce experience (core clouds);
- 2 or more years of Salesforce CPQ (steelbrick) administration;
- Strong Salesforce administration fundamentals (Custom Fields, Formulas, Flow, Reports, Sharing Model, Data Loader, etc.);
- Salesforce Admin or Developer certification required, CPQ Specialist is even better;
- Comfort participating in all phases of software lifecycle (discovery, design, build, test, deploy, document, support);
- Ability to delegate to and manage third-party resources;
- DocuSign administration experience is a plus.
