Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to help our clients leverage Salesforce to drive business success. In this role, you’ll advise on best practices, customize solutions, and ensure seamless adoption of Salesforce technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and design tailored Salesforce solutions.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce applications to enhance performance and usability.
- Implement and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud based on business requirements.
- Develop and execute data migration plans for seamless transitions.
- Provide training sessions to users and stakeholders on Salesforce functionalities.
- Offer ongoing support and maintenance to address issues and enhance system functionality.
Qualifications
- 8-12 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM and its various modules.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows.
- Preferred Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer).
- Strong understanding of integration tools, APIs, and data migration strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and teams effectively.

Work Mode: Work from Anywhere (occasional visits to Nagarro office)
