PAR is seeking a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Administrator to support, configure, and optimize our Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platform in support of global digital commerce initiatives. This role focuses on platform administration, configuration, operational support, and governance while partnering closely with development, product, and business teams in a highly integrated, enterprise environment.
As a critical member of the digital commerce team, you will help maximize the value of the Commerce Cloud platform by ensuring system stability, usability, security, and adherence to Salesforce best practices. Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC / B2C Commerce) environments
Configure and manage Commerce Cloud features, including:
Product catalogs, pricing, and promotions
Search, navigation, and merchandising rules
Content assets and content slots
Customer accounts and authentication settings
Inventory and site preferences
Support checkout, cart, and order management configurations in partnership with development teams
Manage users, roles, permissions, and access controls
Support integrations with external systems such as:
Payment gateways
Tax and shipping providers
Order Management (OMS), ERP, CRM, and third-party services
Monitor site health, performance, availability, and security
Perform proactive system maintenance and operational tasks
Support data management activities including:
Product, price, promotion, and content updates
Data imports, exports, and synchronization processes
Troubleshoot platform issues and collaborate with developers to resolve defects
Translate business requirements into scalable Commerce Cloud configurations
Partner with UX and business teams to ensure optimal customer and merchandising experiences
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives)
Support release management including sandbox coordination, deployment validation, and post-release support
Assist with DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment readiness
Maintain documentation, standards, and operational runbooks
Strong hands-on experience administering Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC / B2C Commerce)
Experience managing Commerce Cloud configuration, access controls, and operational support
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
Salesforce Commerce Cloud Administrator or Developer certification
Experience integrating Commerce Cloud with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
Experience with headless or API-driven commerce architectures
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Git
Experience working in large, distributed enterprise environments
Experience supporting Order Management (OMS)
Exposure to Einstein Commerce capabilities
Experience with multi-site or multi-brand Commerce Cloud implementations
Basic understanding of SFRA architecture (from an admin/support perspective)
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5–8 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, including Commerce Cloud exposure
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive problem-solver with an operational mindset
A continuous learner and collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
