The Salesforce Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging business needs with technical solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role is responsible for gathering requirements, designing scalable Salesforce processes, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize workflows across the organization.

Qualification & responsibilities:

• 5+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst experience

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service cloud

• Documents requirements, use cases, user stories, and manages functional, technical and acceptance testing for Salesforce features and enhancements. Designs solutions based on understanding of business needs, including integrating external systems. 

• Proficiency with reports, dashboards, and data management.
