What you'll work on:
Org Definition & Design
- Architect scalable org setups while ensuring alignment with governance standards and Salesforce limits.
Security and Access Controls
- Define and implement robust role hierarchies, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and object/field-level security.
Flow & Automation Development
- Create and maintain scalable automations using Flow Builder, including record-triggered, schedule-triggered, and screen flows.
- Use declarative tools efficiently with minimal reliance on code.
User Experience & Enablement

Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with project managers, solution architects, developers, and end-users to align technical solutions with business goals.
This is the perfect job for someone who:
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.
- Excels at problem-solving and clear communication.
- Works independently and manages timelines effectively.
Nice to have:
- Professional Services experience is highly preferred, particularly in client-facing delivery or consulting roles.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and sprint-based workflows.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
