  • Work closely with IS team members, business team stakeholders, and project managers to design and recommend technical solutions that align with the GTM business objectives and IS architectural standards
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of new SaaS technologies and vendors
  • Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of GTM-related systems, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and are user-friendly
  • Act as a subject matter expert for information systems during all phases of the project lifecycle
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of Salesforce data within various systems
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable insights to the leadership team
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end users on new systems and functionalities
  • Continuously seek opportunities to optimize processes through technology and automation
  • Propose and implement solutions that streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall CRM experience
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in GTM operations and business analysis

  • Experience with reporting tools and data analysis (Tableau, Doumo, Looker)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business needs to technical teams
  • Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Experience experimenting with AI tools in your personal or professional life - or an eagerness to learn!
We'd Be Delighted If You Also Have

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Experience with sales compensation systems or sales forecasting tools
  • Knowledge of SQL or other database querying languages

What We Do

No one knows more, does more, or cares more when it comes to helping brands master mobile app experience (MAX) than Airship. With the dawn of mobile apps, Airship powered the first commercial messages and then expanded its data-led approach to all re-engagement channels (mobile wallet, SMS, email), app UX experimentation and feature release management. Now, with Airship App Experience Platform (AXP), brands can create and adapt native app experiences on their own — with no ongoing developer support or app updates required. Having powered trillions of mobile app interactions for thousands of global brands, Airship is proud to be at the forefront of what has become the digital center of customer experience, loyalty and monetization — MAX
