  • Analysing Information: Dive into every key data, insights, fact to discover what actions to take for the business’s ultimate success.
  • Elicitation: Set up the foundation of a project by asking a lot of questions, gathering opinions, information, facts by interviewing stakeholders & departments to analyse what teams to work with, what should be the process, and other things.
  • Documentation On Requirements: Salesforce BAs are required to document every input, action, outcome exchanged between the team, departments so that stakeholders could look into it.
  • Communicating: Salesforce BAs role is to act as a bridge and thus involves a lot of verbal & non-verbal communication between teams, departments & stakeholders to ensure the right processes, actions are put forward, and the inputs are aligned with the desired outputs.
  • Planning & Implementing best Solutions: The Job of Business analysts is to plan & implement effective actions & solutions that meet the end goals desired by the business stakeholders.
  • Testing : Test and measure the implemented solutions to track down the progress, and build training materials, holding the feedback & elicitation questions for the record.
Profile
  • Minimum Bachelors' degree in IT or Computer Science
  • 3+ years Salesforce.com consulting/implementation experience
  • 5+ experience in Salesforce Business Analyst role
  • Salesforce Certified for Administrator or cloud certificates
  • Significant enterprise level project management experience (SOWs, contract management, risk management, staffing)
  • Business Process Engineering / Re-engineering background, in the areas of sales, marketing, and/or customer support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in facilitation
  • Successful track record serving as overall lead for enterprise CRM implementations and technology initiatives
