We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Salesforce Business Analyst to join our global medical device company.

You will play a pivotal role in optimizing and advancing our Salesforce to enhance operational efficiency and support our dynamic business needs.

You will be lead end-to-end improvements projects.  You’ll be responsible for implementing, improving, and enhancing business processes, driving our company toward increased efficiency and success. Your role offers an exciting blend of in-depth Salesforce implementation and configuration while fostering strong collaboration with various stakeholders.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Champion Salesforce Excellence:

  • Expansion into Other Technologies: Opportunity to grow into additional platforms such as Power Automate,Conga, Docusign and other key organizational applications.

  • Flexible Availability: Availability required in afternoons (occasional evenings) to match US timelines.

Education and Certifications:

  • BSc / BA -advantage for Industrial Engineering

  • MBA – Advantage

  • Salesforce certification - System administrator

  • Salesforce certification App builder– advantage

Experience:

  • At least 5 years’ Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst

  • Flow building and modifications

  • Extensive experience with Sales Cloud – including Quotes, Opportunities, Products ; Experience with Service Cloud, Pardot, and Zenkraft (advantage)

  • Previous experience in a dynamic, global company environment-  

  • Experience in writing development designs and specifications-  

  • Project management experience

  • API Integrations & Automation: Experience working with APIs, third-party integrations, and automation tools beyond Power Automate - advantage.

  • Security & Compliance Knowledge -  GDPR, HIPAA experience,  including understanding of Salesforce security best practices, role hierarchies, and compliance requirements -  advantage

  • Experience in medical device company - advantage

  • Development skills (coding) – advantage

Computer knowledge:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce; Basic Office package

  • Advantage: Power BI; Power Automate, MS Project, MS Visio

Capabilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform configuration, customization, and administration. Ability to create and modify flows.

  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Knowledge of data management, security, and compliance best practices within Salesforce.

  • Familiarity with the latest Salesforce releases and features.

  • Excellent command of the English language – verbal and written

  • Strong understanding of business processes in production, supply chain, and finance

Soft Skills:

  • Service oriented, professional work ethic, team player, with strong Interpersonal, and good communication skills

  • Leadership & Influence -
    Ability to advocate for best practices, drive adoption, and influence stakeholders to implement optimal solutions
