We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce environment, optimizing flows, and supporting end-users. Additionally, they will collaborate with stakeholders from various teams in Sales, Finance and Product, to gather requirements, configure Salesforce and provide ongoing support. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain solutions in Salesforce using flow automations, lightning pages, dynamic forms - and other tools you know
  • Manage and maintain 3rd party systems integrating with our Salesforce
  • Collaborate with members of the operations teams to integrate Salesforce with other business systems, such as Netsuite, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Tableau and others. Ensure seamless data flow and consistency across systems
  • Proactively identify opportunities for automation to streamline business processes
  • Continuously improve existing configurations, integrations and system processes
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for any issues that are reported on the Salesforce platform by users across the organization
  • Create and maintain advanced reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and facilitate strategic decision-making


Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Admin in a technical Salesforce team
  • In-depth expertise in the Salesforce platform, including its core functionalities, features, and configuration options
  • Hands-on experience with Flows, including screen flows and record-triggered Flows, workflows, process builder
  • Hands-on experience with Lightning page, dynamic forms, and other Page/App Builder tools
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce mass update tools
  • Experience with Salesforce Apex and Lightning Web Components - advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Engineering or Software Engineering
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to small details
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team player
  • Ability to multi-task and manage projects across different departments
  • Experience with Dealhub - advantage
  • Salesforce admin certification - advantage
