HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • The Business Analyst shall have at least a Diploma, with at least three (3) years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects.

  • The Business Analyst shall be a Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.

  • The Business Analyst shall apply knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to guide implementations of the System.

  • The Business Analyst shall be a Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and have passed/obtained the following Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Exam (CRT101).

  • Beginner proficiency in Salesforce Configuration.

  • Intermediate proficiency in process improvement.

Skills Required
