Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Partnerships Manager to join our Strategic Partnerships team in Singapore. You will play a critical role in helping Wise accelerate growth across APAC by building and scaling partnerships that connect us with customers who have international money needs.

APAC is one of Wise's fastest-growing regions and a key growth opportunity. Across international students, travellers, expats and other globally-minded communities, we see significant potential to reach more customers through strategic partnerships.

This is a new role within a global team with high autonomy to own the end to end regional strategy. Working closely with regional growth teams, you will identify, negotiate and launch partnerships across APAC, adapting global opportunities to local markets and turning them into measurable growth.

The goal will be to use your commercial talents to unlock new groups of customers who have a need for Wise, but didn't know enough about us to use us before.

This is not a Wise Platform role - Your main goal is to accelerate personal adoption of Wise in APAC markets.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning

    • Define and execute the APAC partnership strategy across consumer partnerships, focused on helping internationally-minded customers discover and use Wise.

    • Own, optimise and grow partnership verticals with full autonomy in collaboration with the global team

    • Identify and prioritise high-intent customer segments with recurring international money needs, including international students, working holiday travellers, group travel communities, relocation and migration customers

    • Build market-level partnership plans that align with regional growth priorities and business objectives

    • Forecast partnership impact and prioritise opportunities based on customer acquisition, volume and long-term value

  • Sourcing & Negotiation & Execution

    • Prospect, qualify and develop relationships with potential partners across Australia, Singapore, Malaysia and broader APAC markets

    • Own the full partnership lifecycle from outreach and discovery through to negotiation, contracting, launch and optimisation

    • Structure commercial agreements that create value for both Wise and our partners

    • Build scalable partnership frameworks that can be replicated across markets and partner categories.

  • Go-To-Market & Execution

    • Oversee the end-to-end launch of partnership campaigns, working closely with brand, regional growth, legal and product teams to ensure smooth delivery

  • Performance & Optimisation

    • Define and track key performance indicators for each partnership, including metrics across the funnel that drive measurable growth

    • Use data to identify performance trends, opportunities and challenges, turning insights into actions that improve results.

    • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing partners, identifying opportunities for expansion, renewal, and increased investment based on proven results

  • Regional Collaboration

    • Act as the local partnerships expert within APAC

    • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across regional marketing, growth, product and strategy teams

    • Share market insights and partnership learnings that help shape future regional and global initiatives

Qualifications
