Salesforce Business Analyst - Full Remote

This is a remote position.

For an international organization in Europe, we are urgently looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst - Full remote. 

EU candidates need to be fluent in English. All positions are long-term. Candidates need to live and work in Europe to make occasional meetings on-site possible. A work permit is required. This position is open for freelancers and employees.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Work with the country team, business group, and end-users to gather, understand, and define business requirements and translate the requirements into technical briefs;
  
• Develop user stories and to-be process flows to delivery business requirements;
  
• Collaborate with developers and external parties to deliver complex requirements and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements;
  
• Creating reports and dashboard to meet operational requirements;
  
• Validate reports/dashboard created by others in the organization and assist in the interpretation of data;
  
• Data cleansing and importing large volumes of data;
  
• Participate and deliver system demos, show-tell sessions, end to end system testing, UAT coordination, and support;
  
• Develop training materials and content and conduct user training sessions and support the user adoption;
  
• Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, user support materials, and systems operations documents;
  
• Creating and managing workflow rules, validation rules, process builder, flows, lightning components, and apps;
  
• Configure Salesforce NPSP (Recurring donation, batch data import, export, campaign, donation, etc.);
  
• Maintain user profiles, role hierarchies, sharing rules, permission sets, approval process;
  
• Review and manage app exchange products;
  
• Manage daily workload and maintain SLA to provide quality services to end-user;
  

Profile:

• Bachelor or Master degree;
  
• +5 years of experience working in Salesforce platform (Sales/Service Cloud and Not for Profit Cloud);
  
• Proficiency in Salesforce SFDX and Metadata API source control & deployment strategies. Experience Salesforce scratch org creation and developing of the second-generation package is plus;
  
• Having Salesforce Certification (Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer and platform developer II) are highly regarded;
  
• Fluent in English;
  

Location: Remote (within Europe);

Salary/Day price: Depending on experience;
