The Opportunity

What You’ll Contribute

  • Partner with cross-department business stakeholders to support process and system improvements, leveraging existing enterprise-wide systems (e. g., Salesforce, Oracle CPQ) and sales tools (e. g., Pardot, Anaplan, Revenue Cloud).

  • Play a key role in our migration from Oracle CPQ to Salesforce Revenue Cloud

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deeply understand and document business processes and requirements in a clear, well-organized manner.

  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform within FICO’s technical landscape.

  • Advise stakeholders on the feasibility, user experience, and business impact of proposed solutions.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on FICO Salesforce Sales solutions and data integrations, influencing system design and integration approaches.

  • Design and manage the execution of system and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality solution delivery.

  • Manage project execution including project planning, communication, issue resolution, and change management.

  • Drive adoption of new technology and process changes in partnership with regional and global operations teams.

  • Own Salesforce data management, governance, and reporting efforts, gathering requirements and using tools such as DemandTools.

  • Build proof-of-concepts (POCs) for new solutions and streamlined business processes.

  • Work within the Scrum framework to deliver business needs in an agile environment.

What We’re Seeking

  • Experience in Salesforce administration space.

  • Prior experience gathering and translating business requirements into system design (preferred 2+ years).

  • Strong proficiency designing and implementing Salesforce flows and automation tools to streamline processes.

  • Experience managing user roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and maintaining data security and integrity.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools, change sets, sandbox refreshes, and GitHub

  • Expertise in core Sales Cloud principles: Opportunity Management, Account and Contact Management, Lead Management, Quoting, Reporting, and Dashboards.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Lightning required; Salesforce Revenue Cloud and/or CPQ experience preferred.

  • Experience with Oracle CPQ preferred.

  • Experience with Conga CLM preferred

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to lead discussions and meetings across both technical and business stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of data governance, internal controls, process compliance, and permission security.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

  • Experience working in agile methodologies, preferably within a technology consulting firm or fast-growing startup.

  • Familiarity with data and analytics tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, or Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics) is a plus.

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required; additional certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, CPQ Specialist) preferred.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
