- Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements for Salesforce solutions
- Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories and process flows for Salesforce development teams
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders across departments
- Support configuration tasks, UAT planning, and end-user testing for Salesforce deployments
- Maintain detailed documentation including business process mapping, user manuals, and functional specifications
- Work closely with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Architects to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
- Monitor post-implementation performance and assist in user adoption and training initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar CRM-focused role
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including objects, relationships, workflows, validation rules, and reports
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar for documentation and project tracking
