Our AI-powered cybersecurity platform secures operational technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) infrastructures for enterprises and government entities across energy, manufacturing, transportation, resources, and critical infrastructure.

The Senior Go-to-Market (GTM) Systems Architect is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing the organization's Go-to-Market technology ecosystem. This role serves as the technical lead for GTM platforms, driving automation, integrations, scalable system design, and continuous process improvement across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Finance.

The Senior GTM Systems Architect partners closely with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions while ensuring data integrity, security, and platform performance. This individual is expected to be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on builder with deep expertise across modern GTM technologies.

This role mentors junior administrators, establishes engineering best practices, and helps define the long-term GTM technology roadmap.

• Build and maintain APIs, middleware integrations, and automation workflows.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and implement monitoring solutions.

• Ensure reliable synchronization of customer, opportunity, product, and subscription data across systems.

Solution Design
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business processes into scalable technical designs.
• Produce solution architecture documentation, process diagrams, and technical design documents.
• Balance technical complexity with long-term maintainability.

Release & Change Management
• Lead platform releases and deployment planning.
• Coordinate testing across business stakeholders.
• Ensure production readiness for new functionality.
• Develop rollback and risk mitigation plans.
• Maintain technical documentation and release notes.

Technical Leadership
• Mentor GTM Systems Administrators and junior engineers.
• Establish development standards and engineering best practices.
• Conduct solution reviews and code reviews.
• Recommend platform modernization opportunities.
• Serve as the technical escalation point for complex issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with integration platforms such as Celigo, MuleSoft, Workato, Boomi, or similar
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or other CI/CD tools
• Familiarity with AI-enabled automation and agentic workflows within CRM and GTM platforms
