Salesforce Architect

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and evolution of the Salesforce ecosystem supporting an Energy sector client's customer-centric transformation. The role combines solution architecture expertise, business acumen, and stakeholder leadership, working with Sales leadership, Business Analysts, and delivery teams – including system integrator partners – to deliver scalable CRM solutions that improve the customer experience across all touchpoints.

·       Own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture vision, roadmap, standards, and governance framework.

·       Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud and related platform capabilities, aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.

·       Define integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems (ERP, customer service, marketing automation, data & analytics, legacy sales applications).

·       Partner with Sales leadership and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into solutions and drive sales-process standardization and adoption.

·       Provide architectural guidance to developers, administrators, and implementation partners; contribute hands-on to configuration, prototyping, and complex solution delivery where needed.

·       Monitor adoption, data quality, and platform performance; drive continuous improvement and process automation.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

·       10+ years in enterprise CRM implementations, including 5+ years in Salesforce Solution/Technical Architecture roles.

·       Proven track record delivering Salesforce transformations in large organizations (2,000+ employees).

·       Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including lead, opportunity, pipeline, forecasting, territory, and customer lifecycle management.

·       Demonstrated experience designing enterprise integrations across multiple business systems.

·       Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

·       Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect; CTA a strong advantage.

·       Experience with CRM transformations across multiple countries or business units; exposure to the utilities/energy sector.

·       Familiarity with Agile delivery, data governance, and master data management.
