Must-Have Skills
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Architecture and solution design.

- Retail or CPG domain experience required.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect / Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to the Consumer Goods industry. The focus will be on leveraging Salesforce Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Distributor Management System (DMS) functionalities to optimize business processes and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecting Solutions: Design scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions that align with business needs, particularly in the areas of SFA and DMS.
- Salesforce Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud solutions, including customization and configuration.
- Integration Management: Define and manage integration strategies with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Innovation and Optimization: Stay updated with Salesforce’s latest features and capabilities, ensuring optimal use of the platform to drive business value.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and technical leadership to development teams during project execution.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed architectural and solution design documents for Salesforce projects.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- Extensive experience in Salesforce solution architecture and implementation.
- Demonstrated expertise with Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Distributor Management System (DMS).
- Experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
- Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including data models and integration options.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
