Tableau and Salesforce Engineer

Verana Health, a leader in digital health innovation, is looking for a Tableau and Salesforce Engineer to support our business intelligence and application development plans. You will combine expertise in data visualization and Salesforce development to support our mission of applying real-world data in ophthalmology, neurology, and urology to enhance patient care.
As a Tableau and Salesforce Engineer, you will help develop our BI projects and Salesforce applications. You'll work cross-functionally to develop critical operational insights and customer-facing applications.
You will report to the Business Analytics/Business Intelligence Manager. This is a remote role.
Employees located within 50 miles from one of our offices (San Francisco, Knoxville, New York) are asked to maintain a hybrid work schedule.
What you get to do:

Develop sophisticated Tableau dashboards and reports for operational insights

Build applications on Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud

Establish and implement best practices for Salesforce application development

Collaborate with teams across the company including Commercial, Product, Customer Support, and Engineering

Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications
Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in Tableau report building, customization, and dashboard publishing

Advanced SQL knowledge
-
5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with expertise in Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud

Proficiency in Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and Salesforce administration

Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems
Technical Skills

Tableau: Advanced data visualization, dashboard design, and report creation

Salesforce: Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce
-
Programming: SQL, Java (for Salesforce development)

Integration: API development and third-party system integration

Verana Health is committed to complying with all applicable pay transparency laws and supports equitable pay practices. We pay based on a market-based approach, supported with robust data and in alignment with the compensation of our existing team. We construct our compensation ranges based on the US national average but your pay may vary depending on your location and the cost of living index for that geographic area. In determining an offer, base salary will also be based on experience, qualifications, skills and market conditions.
Please note pay ranges for major metropolitan areas may be different.
National Pay Range
$120,000—$130,000 USD
