Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure backend services and user interfaces. Collaborate with product and design to translate requirements, optimize CI/CD and infrastructure, ensure testability and observability, mentor junior engineers, and drive production-ready solutions using modern cloud, containerization, and testing practices.

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical, commercial, product, operations, and data science roles. Partner with executives and hiring managers, coach interview panels, coordinate with offshore recruiters, manage ATS data hygiene (Greenhouse), and drive hiring to close while protecting candidate experience and resolving stalled requisitions.

Lead and manage a team developing and operationalizing machine learning systems for structured and unstructured clinical data (EHR, text, imaging). Define technical strategy, oversee model lifecycle management, fine-tune and deploy foundation models, ensure data quality and model governance, partner cross-functionally, and mentor ML scientists and technical leaders.

Build and optimize high-throughput data ingestion and OCR pipelines, own OpenSearch indexing and tuning, design ETL and microservices, expand oncology data models, investigate and fix data quality issues, participate in code/design reviews, and mentor engineers.
