The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated, forward-thinking, and versatile SaaS & Systems Platform Administrator to own the day-to-day administration, security, configuration, and continuous improvement of our internal technology ecosystem. In this dual-capacity role, you will act as our primary Salesforce, Revenue Tech, & AI Systems Administrator while managing our broader corporate IT infrastructure, identity systems, and integrated business tooling.

The ideal candidate bridges the gap between deep Salesforce functional configuration, complex quote-to-cash business logic, Revenue Intelligence (Gong/ZoomInfo), and traditional system engineering. You will ensure data flow is seamless, automated sales agents are optimized, platform integrations are healthy, and our global workforce is securely equipped.

What You'll Do:

Salesforce (SFDC), Revenue, & AI Administration (60%)
  • CPQ & Commissions Management: Manage and maintain the Salesforce CPQ architecture (product bundles, price rules, advanced approvals) and oversee the data accuracy of Salesforce Incentive Compensation Management (Commissions / Spiff).
  • Revenue Intelligence & Data GTM Integration: Serve as the primary technical administrator for Gong and ZoomInfo. Manage user seat provisioning, telephony/email integration tracking, data enrichment flows, and troubleshooting API sync errors between these platforms and Salesforce.
  • Agentforce & AI Governance: Build, deploy, and continuously optimize autonomous AI agents using Agentforce. Configure topics, actions, guardrails, and natural language instructions to ensure AI agents successfully support internal teams and external customers.
  • Configuration & Automation: Build and maintain scalable solutions utilizing Salesforce Core (Sales & Service Clouds) using advanced Flows, validation rules, custom objects, and page layouts.
  • Security & Governance: Own the Salesforce security model, ensuring that human users, integrated SaaS tools (ZoomInfo/Gong), and Agentforce AI agents operate strictly within designated profiles, permission sets, and data sharing rules to maintain compliance (ITGC/SOX).
Systems & IT Infrastructure Administration (40%)
  • Enterprise Identity & Lifecycle Management: Manage corporate identity providers (e.g., Okta, Microsoft Entra ID) to provision single sign-on (SSO) and automated lifecycle provisioning across all tech stacks, including specialized RevOps tooling.
  • Company-Wide SaaS & License Management: Oversee configuration, auditing, compliance, and seat provisioning for organization-wide platforms, including Google Workspace, GenAI productivity layers (Claude), and core HRIS systems (e.g., Hibob, Workday, Rippling, BambooHR).
  • SaaS Fleet Management: Act as the primary tier-3 administrator for core business systems (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Jira, and MDM platforms like Microsoft Intune or Jamf).
  • System Uptime & Monitoring: Ensure maximum availability across internal systems, monitoring performance baselines and data ingestion health.
  • Process Documentation: Maintain detailed system architecture maps, Agentforce interaction logic flows, provisioning workflows, and internal troubleshooting knowledge bases.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in enterprise application management or IT system administration.
  • Salesforce & Revenue Tech Expertise: Proven track record with Salesforce Sales/Service cloud, 1+ years managing Salesforce CPQ, and hands-on experience administering Gong (workspace configuration, trackers) and ZoomInfo (credit management, mapping rules).
  • Emerging AI Capabilities: Direct experience or certified training in configuring Salesforce Agentforce (creating topics, refining prompts, mapping actions, and analyzing agent execution logs).
  • Systems Infrastructure: Deep experience managing enterprise infrastructure tools (Google Workspace administration, Okta, Azure, or AWS) and endpoint management solutions (Intune/Jamf). Hands-on familiarity connecting HRIS systems to identity providers for automated onboarding.
  • Certifications (Highly Preferred): * Salesforce Certified AI Associate or AI Specialist
    • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator
    • Gong Program Administrator or relevant ZoomInfo Certification
    • Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator, Google Workspace Administrator, or Okta Certified Professional
  • Core Competencies: Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and possessing a customer-service approach to supporting internal business stakeholders.
