Key Responsibilities
Manage and enhance Salesforce reporting and dashboards for Business Development
Analyze pipeline and awarded contracts by development phase, therapeutic area, region, customer, and BD representative
Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, deal size, and forecast accuracy
Own and deliver monthly executive reporting decks, highlighting key trends and insights
Translate data into clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations for leadership
Track and present KPIs including win rates, pipeline coverage, average deal size, and new customer growth
Lead monthly business review meetings with segment leaders and present to senior management
Partner with BD leadership to drive performance, improve processes, and support strategic initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Life Sciences, or related field
3 - 5 years of experience in FP&A, sales operations, or other analytical roles
Advanced Salesforce reporting; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (Power BI/Tableau a plus)
Proven ability to present to senior leadership and communicate complex data clearly
Preferred Attributes
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of pipeline management
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all analyses and deliverables
Executive presence with confidence leading senior-level discussions
Experience in high-growth or private equity-backed environments is a plus
