ResponsibilitiesAbout the role:
The Salesforce Analyst will serve as a partner to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. The Analyst will be vital in recommending process enhancements and automation opportunities to optimize productivity and maximize ROI. This person must demonstrate a strong ability to create business requirement documents/user stories, participate in business requirement gathering sessions, create QA test scripts and facilitate QA testing. This person must be skilled in delivering solutions using declarative configuration to create validation rules, flows, sharing rules, Lightning components, as well as understand Salesforce technical requirements, functionality. This team member will be responsible for ensuring the security of customer and business data by utilizing Salesforce tools and following data privacy procedures/ policies. This team member will also participate in Agile related ceremonies such as refinement and prioritization meetings, and other duties as needed.
In this role you will:
- Build and foster relationships with business users, stakeholders and partners by displaying industry knowledge and expertise in the Salesforce.com platform
- Analyze current business processes and champion the ability to provide business process solutions that increase accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare and maintain various detailed records, documentation, and reports to provide information for summaries, presentations, and ad hoc reports
- Create functional business requirement documents and user stories
- Assess training needs, create and maintain training materials and user documentation, as well as provide user training
- Knowledge of dependencies in requirements that may have an effect on other business processes or IT systems
- Experience in user interface configuration, data transfer and cleansing via APEX Data Loader, Workbench and/or SFDC Import Wizard
- Use declarative Salesforce skills to build and maintain flows, validation and sharing rules, page layouts and others as needed
What makes you an ideal candidate?
- Working knowledge of underwriting and contract funding processes, policies, and guidelines
- Knowledge of account management systems, primarily Provenir, CPW, AutoSuite, AutoIMS, and DealerSource
- Intermediate SFDC knowledge and hands on creation experience with objects, fields, flows, Lightning, SFDC Clouds/Communities
- Must have a good understanding of Dealer Service’s operations and auto finance industry loan operations
- Understanding of Vision/Roadmap creation, Team Backlog creation, refinement and prioritization
- Working knowledge of the Agile/SAFe Lean enterprise concepts and best practices and how they are applied in the workplace.
- Good interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), cross-collaboration skills, including the ability to interact with team members at all levels.
Experience & Education
- 0-2 years of experience working in the SFDC CRM platform required
- Salesforce.com Administrator certification obtained within 1 year of hire required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred
