About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Agentforce / ChatGPT Developer to join our team in building intelligent Sales and service solutions powered by Salesforce AI technologies. This role combines deep Salesforce development/ Admin expertise with hands-on experience in AI and automation tools such as Service Cloud Einstein, Agentforce, and GPT-enabled solutions. You'll play a pivotal role in creating scalable, smart service workflows that enhance agent productivity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Agentforce Development
  • Design, configure, and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
  • Design, configure, and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
  • Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Agentforce agents within Salesforce; build agents that meet compliance requirements, business logic, and customer experience goals


  • Recommend opportunities to reengineer processes by combining AI agent capabilities with 


  • Define and orchestrate agent actions, configure and maintain each agent’s topics, and create and optimize prompt engineering strategies to improve agent performance, relevance, and accuracy


  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein GPT, and Service Cloud.


  • Customize and extend Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to integrate AI-driven agent assist capabilities, intelligent case routing, and predictive analytics.

AI/LLM Integration
  • Integrate ChatGPT / OpenAI APIs (and other LLM providers) into Salesforce to power natural language interactions and generative features.
  • Develop prompt engineering frameworks and fine-tuned models to optimize performance for CRM workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, admins, data scientists) to define requirements and deliver scalable AI-enabled features.

  • Implement, configure, and optimize AI/ML models and components within Salesforce’s AI ecosystem (e.g., Einstein Bots, Agent Assist, Case Classification, Next Best Action).

  • Build and maintain secure, high-performance APIs and integrations with external AI services where required.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of AI-powered workflows, ensuring model accuracy and value delivery.

  • Stay current with Salesforce AI innovations and contribute to strategy around AI adoption and best practices. 

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL).

  • 2+ years working with Salesforce Service Cloud, especially in a support or customer service domain.

  • Experience with Salesforce Einstein (Bots, Case Classification, Article Recommendations, etc.).

  • Familiarity with Agentforce or other AI assistant frameworks integrated with Salesforce.

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and practical applications in CRM/service contexts.

  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, and third-party AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Google Cloud AI, AWS SageMaker).

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, AI Associate) are a plus.
     

Nice to Have:

  • Experience integrating GPT-powered assistants into agent workflows.

  • Background in data engineering, MLOps, or conversational AI.

  • Exposure to Einstein Copilot or Salesforce Prompt Builder tools.

  • Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or other languages used in AI or data science contexts.

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
