Responsibilities:
- Design and implement conversational chat flows using Agentforce;
- Develop and optimize automated email handling solutions, including:
o Email classification;
o Routing logic;
o Automated response generation; - Integrate Agentforce solutions with CRM platforms, APIs, and third-party systems;
- Customize and enhance Salesforce functionalities to support automation initiatives;
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve agent performance and user experience;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers;
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives;
- Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable development practices;
Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development;
- Proven experience working with Agentforce;
- Experience building conversational AI solutions and chatbots;
- Knowledge of email automation workflows and intelligent routing systems;
- Strong API integration and system integration skills;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities;
- Good communication and collaboration skills;
- Experience working in Agile environments.
