Job Title: Salesforce Administrator/Developer
Location: Plano, Texas (hybrid available, after 90 days)
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator/Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development. This role will be responsible for managing and customizing our Salesforce platform to meet the needs of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.
- Create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.
- Develop and maintain Visualforce pages, Apex classes, and triggers.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware.
- Perform data management tasks, including data imports, data cleansing, and data de-duplication.
- Provide end-user support and training for Salesforce users.
- Monitor and maintain the health of the Salesforce platform, including system performance, security, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer.
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration and development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
- Experience with Salesforce integration using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ or other CPQ solutions, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, Boomi.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or others.
