Job Description:
Primary Duties + Responsibility:
- Administer and maintain Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate, complete, and consistent data
- Own data health across Salesforce and integrated platforms including HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Zymewire, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Manage and remediate data challenges created by historical org mergers and acquisitions
- Define, document, and enforce data standards for accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities
- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations to ensure data sync accuracy and reliability
- Implement and maintain data quality controls such as validation rules, deduplication processes, and cleanup routines
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams to support CRO‑specific workflows
- Identify data risks that could impact reporting, forecasting, or revenue performance
- Maintain clear documentation of system processes, data definitions, and best practices
- Recommend practical improvements to improve usability and trust in CRM data
