Join Fintech in Tampa, Florida as a Salesforce Administrator!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to manage, optimize, and scale our Salesforce platform. This role will support business teams by improving processes, maintaining data integrity, and delivering scalable solutions that drive efficiency and growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Administer and support the Salesforce platform (Sales & Service Cloud)
- Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security access
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for business stakeholders
- Create and optimize workflows, flows, validation rules, and automation
- Maintain data quality through deduplication, imports, and governance processes
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Support integrations with third-party tools
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely support to users
- Document processes, configurations, and system changes
- Stay up to date on Salesforce releases and recommend improvements
Qualifications:
- 2–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and standard objects
- Experience with Flow Builder (preferred over Workflow Rules/Process Builder)
- Proficiency in building reports and dashboards
- Experience with data tools (Data Loader, imports, exports)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree required, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware tools like Zapier, Outreach, Gong etc.)
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advance)
- Experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
- Advanced certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator)
