The OpportunityTo support our continued growth, we’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join the Go-to-Market Systems team within the Revenue Operations organization. This role will focus on Salesforce administration and work closely with other admins and the GTM Systems Architect to scale and govern our Salesforce platform, ensuring long-term stability, security, and usability as we grow.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is driven to solve complex challenges, improve system maturity, and lead governance and change management processes.
As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a key role in evolving Superhuman’s Salesforce platform. You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure Salesforce continues to empower teams through scalable processes and a secure, well-governed foundation.
Together with the GTM Systems team, you will you’ll lead key initiatives that improve business processes, data integrity, and user efficiency, ensuring Salesforce can support our pace of scaling growth and future integrations or acquisitions.
In Your First 30 Days, You Will:
- Complete onboarding and meet key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps.
- Align with the GTM Systems’ team members on roles, priorities, and roadmap ownership.
- Review Superhuman Salesforce architecture, workflows, security model, and key integrations (e.g., LeanData, Outreach, ZoomInfo).
- Begin evaluating open enhancement requests through a change management and scalability lens in collaboration with your team members.
Within Your First Three Months, You Will:
- Co-own the design and delivery of Salesforce enhancements that drive productivity, process consistency, and system reliability.
- Begin implementing governance practices to document and enforce configuration standards and data integrity.
- Collaborate on declarative enhancements that improve user experience, performance, and system consistency.
- Partner on automation efforts (e.g., via Flows, Workato) to streamline operations and support Revenue team workflows.
- Help scale processes for new business units or acquisitions, including supporting integration planning and system consolidation.
- Document platform changes and communicate updates across stakeholders.
Within Your First Six Months, You Will:
- Establish a collaborative rhythm with your fellow admin to jointly own Salesforce administration, roadmap planning, and stakeholder support.
- Partner on data quality, security, and user access initiatives to ensure platform compliance and efficiency.
- Collaborate on complex projects, such as rules of engagement automation, and optimizing opportunity management.
- Develop a change management process that supports scalable growth while minimizing disruption to GTM teams.
- Drive adoption of the Salesforce platform by delivering enablement, documentation, and best practices to internal teams.
- Has 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Brings advanced expertise with declarative tools (e.g., Flow, validation rules, Workato, LeanData) to drive automation and standardization.
- Has experience designing scalable security models, permission strategies, and access controls.
- Has worked in multi-admin Salesforce environments and has contributed to defining or implementing deployment strategies and release processes.
- Is comfortable owning change management and governance frameworks for a growing org.
- Demonstrates strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Has supported a Salesforce org during periods of rapid scale or post-acquisition integration.
- Holds or is pursuing relevant certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer 1, Platform App Builder, and/or Application Architect.
- Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
