About the Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our team in Paris.
This is a crucial role for someone who is not just seeking a job, but an opportunity to make a measurable impact on our business operations.

As a key member of our team, you will be a central business partner, working directly with Business Unit leaders and our developer team.
Your mission will be to translate strategic needs into powerful solutions by building strong and robust no-code automations.
You will also take ownership of improving the user experience of our Salesforce console and proactively monitor system alerts to ensure platform health and stability.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Automation (No-Code): Partner with BU leaders to understand their processes and design, build, and maintain sophisticated, scalable automations exclusively using declarative tools, with a strong focus on Salesforce Flow.
  • User Experience (UX) Enhancement: Act as the champion for our users by continuously improving the Salesforce Console experience. You will optimize page layouts, implement dynamic forms, and configure components to create a highly intuitive and productive workspace.
  • Proactive System Monitoring: Take responsibility for monitoring system health by actively tracking and responding to alerts, including Flow error notifications, governor limit warnings, and security alerts, to ensure optimal performance and prevent issues before they impact users.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with the developer team to understand the technical landscape and ensure your declarative solutions work in harmony with existing code. Serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the technical teams.
  • Platform Management & Governance: Handle core administrative functions, including user management, profiles, permissions, data integrity, and system maintenance, ensuring the platform remains secure and well-organized.

What You'll Bring:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant field.
  • Proven Experience: Several years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a portfolio of projects where you can clearly demonstrate the business impact of your work (e.g., time saved through automation, improved data quality, increased user adoption).
  • Declarative Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce Flow is essential. You must be able to build complex, efficient, and scalable automations without relying on code. In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform's declarative capabilities (e.g., validation rules, dynamic forms, Lightning App Builder).
  • User-Centric Mindset: A strong passion for user experience and a proven ability to configure and optimize the Lightning Experience and Salesforce Console.
  • An Impact-Oriented Drive: You are a strategic problem-solver who is motivated by results. You seek to understand the "why" behind each request and measure your success by the value you deliver.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You can confidently communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, building strong relationships and explaining complex solutions in a clear, understandable way.
  • Proactive & Autonomous: You are a self-starter who can manage projects independently, prioritize effectively, and take initiative to improve processes.
